“InviteTravel app is the worst that happened to me online. I quickly understood that I won’t be able to open or send the messages unless I pay, and not-so-small amount of money! “You know how I recognized it’s a fake app? Firstly, how can a travel app be in three languages only? The answer is simple, developers never put many efforts to something purely fake and commercial. Secondly, their system of payments is unclear, they are trying to cheat you from the beginning with all those in-app purchases. Many different purchases with unclear functions. Fishy! Anyway, I didn’t join seeing all those bad signs, but my friend did and he lost the money twice till he finally managed to cancel the subscription. It’s expensive yet useless. It’s hard to say anything about the app that everyone strongly dislikes. But we must have our own opinion too and analyze thoroughly. We can see that InviteTravel app is mostly criticized for its ridiculously high price. As it often happens with fraudulent or overly commercialized apps, they immediately break their main promise. The main promise of InviteTravel is that they are going to take care of the users’ budget; but they charge the clients literally for nothing. Using their services in a full volume cost nearly 60$, and opening-sending messages costs a half of that. Does this have anything in common with watching the travel budget?
Finding a travel mate online is convenient. We rent everything online, from a cab to the airport to the hotel and cultural activities, so why not to “rent” a travel companion. Phone apps are so handy and they give quick results. But not in this case. This app only adds to the stress of a person who is making plans to travel. Dealing with the seductive scammers or bots may become the last drop that ruins the mountain of someone’s confidence and hope. So we definitely do not recommend InviteTravel to anyone, especially to easily-offended elderly people or other sensitive demographic groups.
However, we do not rate it extremely low as there are surprisingly a few positive reviews and we cannot say for sure whether they are genuine or not. But since they exist, we must leave at least a little chance that it can be effective and legit. As a summary, we rate it as “rather bad” but not “awful”. Some dating platforms use the bots on the beginning while their database is still small, but later they improve and provide a qualitative service. We prefer to wait and see, but we don’t encourage people to take a risk too. Our suggestion is: use legit international dating sites if you want to quickly find a companion, or take a chance on various forums – at least, you will know for sure that all people there are real.
